Commissioning Services for PFSOs

Project

As part of Total’s Kaombo field development project deep-offshore block 32 in Angola, Saipem was awarded a $3-billion EPCI contract for the delivery of two FPSOs.
Two VLCCs were converted into two turret-moored FPSOs, Kaombo Norte and Kaombo Sul. The 2 vessels have travelled to Angola in 2017 and 2018 respectively.

Our Scope

SeaOwl supports this project with a team of technicians and superintendents covering to the following activities:

- Commissioning of all instruments, equipments, modules, subsystems and systems throughout the Construction phase, Mechanical Completion to Commissioning and Start-Up including all procedures and handover documentation.
